At Oak&Pearl Clothing Co, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original Oak&Pearl tags attached to be eligible for a return.

  Request a Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring the package is dropped off at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your digital gift card or process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
